The Production
Line with Daily Output of 70,000pcs Clay Sintering Bricks
Sintering bricks are produced by using clays as raw materials and adopting
two-time setting and baking processes, that is Semi-stiff plastic extruding
process; drying in the small section drying chamber using and baking in the
Hoffman kiln process.
Main equipment has box feeder, primary roller crusher, fine pulverizing grinder, mixing and extruder, double stage vacuum extruding machine, double tunnel small section drying chamber, Hoffman kiln.
For this production line, raw material is clay with better material performance. So, the raw material be treated carefully by roll type crusher, fine pulverizing grinder, mix and extruder for guarantee the grain size distribution of the material and uniformity can meet the design requirement; This producing line adopts the semi-hard plasticity extruder to forming; double tunnel drying chamber to drying, hoffman kiln for firing. This technology is more concise, all adopt the mature technology, which also can meet the design requirement. The equipment selection of this producing line is reasonable, not only can guarantee the producing capacity, but also and guarantee the product's quality.
Dried bricks via the hydraulic ferry pusher are sent to the trail car. Then, the workers push the drying car onto the trail car, then send to the Hoffman kiln for unloading, stacking and firing.
Drying Chamber:
This design adopts small section drying chamber with flattop. It is with brick & concrete structure, with precast-concretetop plate, partition wall with thickness of 240mm, side wall with thickness of 490mm, top layer and insulating layer with thickness of 500mm.
The heat source of drying chamber is the waste heat from hoffman kiln, which will be supplied to each drying chambers through air channel by heat-supply blower from the chamber bottom. The drying chamber set up air-feeding system, moist-releasing system and testing system. Bottom layer bricks are ending-up setting method, so that to improve the drying efficiency and quality.
Hoffman kiln
This producing line adopts the new type hoffman kiln. This hoffman kiln have the impeccable firing system, exhausting system and afterheat system. It will produce the regular clay sintering bricks through adjusting all the systems and make the firing temperature more reasonable.
Hoffman kiln adopts the reinforced concrete foundation, the wall be built by the normal sintering brick, the fire hole and heat suction mouth be adopted the heat proof concrete.
